Now that's inspiration...and dedication

If you are reading my blog you probably are already familiar with the origin of the word Riyria (\rye-ear-ah\ Elvish for two, a team or a bond) Recently on twitter I saw this picture.

Two friends who wanted to express the way they feel about each other had the word tattooed on their wrists. It's a huge honor that someone would take something from my books and make such a public and permanent declaration for a concept I came up with.  I do hope that they will indeed be bonded to each other for life. Thank you, whoever you are for sharing this picture on twitter. It was amazing to see.
